I am a ship modeler and would love to do a tank. I think Tamiya has some great examples of static and R/C tanks. You may be familiar with them. Like everyone, I love the Panther and Tiger's. There over a $1000 so I won't be getting one of them very soon. Besides I have enough NIB ship models to keep me busy well into retirement.
ReplyDeleteI used to read Fine Scale Modeler quite a bit and was always amazed at how well those guys could detail their tanks. It really takes exceptional talent and patience to finish a German tank to look battle hardened and complete with anti mine Zimmerit paste. Maybe some day . . .
